This is absolutely terrifying. The New York Times has reported that Obama has a special list which he personally edits and monitors, of US citizens deemed as prime targets for assassination.
Those who make the list have been in some manner identified as "security risks." Quite what criteria are used to assess what constitutes such a risk I do not know, but it's shocking to me in the extreme that this hasn't aroused howls of protest and calls for Impeachment.
Tricky Dicky Nixon had a similar lists, but our parents generation in the 1970's had the balls and brains to make a noise about it and get the fruitcake out of office.

A "Do Not Kill" Petition has been created by a site called We The People, which US citizens are being asked to sign, but bearing in mind the stakes in this game and the apparent moral porpitude of the man in the Oval Office, I am not sure it's all that safe to go ahead and sign it.

I've brought children into a world where I am increasingly aware that they will live as serfs and targets. Our elected leaders are now openly operating as feudal overlords and the vast majority among us are mutely accepting it while we agonise over who is coming first on Dancing With the Stars.

It has been clear for years that the Obama administration believes the shadow war on terrorism gives it the power to choose targets for assassination, including Americans, without any oversight. On Tuesday, The New York Times revealed who was actually making the final decision on the biggest killings and drone strikes: President Obama himself. And that is very troubling.
