No odor as far as i can tell.
Size: the blue, fluffy bit is about 2 inches. the stem about 2 1/2 inches, but it's been broken so was probably longer originally.

I'll bet it's the tip of one of those really long ornamental "grass fronds" that people put in big vases and urns on the floor in their "foyers". Probably broke off while they were loading or unloading. I'll see if I can find a pic.

Note the ornamental grass in this arrangement,my guess is a similar cat tail like ornamental grass,but dyed. Ornamental grasses,the middle stalk could be your bunny

The third from the left in the last picture is it. Except mine is blue lol So what kind would that be? edit: found it. I was right earlier, it is a pampas grass Thanks everyone for helping.
