Are you for or against legalization?

I am for. Here in New Mexico it is legal medically, and we are all aware of the new laws going into effect in Colorado and Washington.

I live in Colorado, I voted for legalization. Now if our "lawmakers" would just get off their asses and finish writing the regs we could all move on. It's been medically legal for a number of years here, you have no idea how nice it is to be able to go in to a dispensary and pick out your candy of choice!

FOR. We have legal medical here, my doctor has already said she would get a card for me, but I have not gone to get one yet.

Hemp should also be legal. Banning it was one of the more stupid moves ever.

I'm for legalization. Have been for years, despite my PTA associations (funny fact: PTA has been very very careful about its "platform" politically--both on national and on some state levels--like CA--due to the interesting nature of those involved in writing PTA political platforms/legislative supports--it has yet to come out against medical marijuana usage...it only supports keeping drugs out of the hands of children, esp illegal ones, and there it stops short of going on against out and out use of it if it's prescribed...much to the chagrin of the anti-mj folks who work in PTA).
