I can see the thought bubble over his head as he said it ''for a given value of fairness''.

I can see the thought bubble over his head as he said it ''for a given value of fairness''. Glad that wasn't just me. But the thing is, for whatever reasons, even the wrong reasons, it is still a win for rights.

Exactly. He is aware that there are very few moderates remaining and libs have been looking at him sideways for not opening up more on their concerns. Yup. Cynical political maneuver or not it was a smart move. The left has been unenthusiastic with Obama lately and it's not like the right would vote for him anyway. Regardless of his slow response, decades from now he will seem forward-looking and a human rights champion like LBJ.

I got the feeling he was for it pretty much all along, but he wasn't going to grow a pair on this issue until after the election if he didn't have to.

He played it well saying he wanted to share his family's feelings towards the whole thing.
I can't hate the man but I don't like him either.

I heard they love it "right up there" at Bohemian Grove didn't Nixon say "It was the dangest camp place he'd ever seen"? Or something. I suspected they were up to there elbows in it. Nice Obummer image there Phil I hears he likes to do a bit of birdwatching too after the "Gay Pride" day march.

A best of list would be 97% anti-gay tweets from complete idiots. They're a lot more fun to read than congratulation tweets.

Well first off I'm always amazed they're willing to tweet from the get go, I mean seriously, how gay does it sound to say I've been tweeting? Still, they get all bent out of shape and it's hilarious.

I had a ball for about three hours last MLK Day - or as it was known among several hundred member of a Facebook group I stumbled upon Dead Nigger Appreciation Day. I and a good few others trolled the fuckers relentlessly till some retard reported the page for "offensive content."
I firmly believe it ought to have been left. The hatred, ignorance, violence and poor spelling and grammar amongst most of the the proponents of racial purity there were a far better argument against their Doctrines than I could ever have been.
