I put it to you that pasteurised milk is dead bacteria soup. All those diseased cows in a confined space, add antibiotics and pasteurise the milk, then sell to the peasants. The stomach thinks WTF??? and you end up with allergies and "lactose intollerance". I rest my case.

Yep. It's why your Gran didn't get lactose intolerance and yet you do. She drank milk. She also ate wheat - that wasn't genetically modified. She had nuts and eggs and chocolate - but they were real food -0 they were what we evolved to eat.
Not some lab construct the major benefit of which is cost effective production techniques.
Frankenstein's Cuisine we're eating now.

I think damage to the gut bloodstream barrier is causing allergies too. Larger pieces of food are getting through the gut membrane and the immune system is thinking WTF??? So it plays safe and creates another allergy. I think most allergies today are just because we have confused the hell out of our immune systems.
And vaccinations don't help much either. They bypass the gut mebrane altogether. Vaccines made from festering monkey testicles - no they don't tell you that!

Of course, not all the bacteria are dead. Some of the tenacious little buggers are still alive and it's the ones that are still alive that are the bad guys!

It's like a game of musical chairs: kill all the good bacteria and the surviving bad bacteria are free to reproduce and occupy all the remaining empty chairs.

Premarin, the female hormone Penfold takes, is made from pregnant mares urine. Not sure how to tell you this... Premarin is the subject of some contention. Animal welfare groups and those opposing the industry claim that animal husbandry and urine collection methods used in Premarin's production cause undue stress and suffering to the mares involved.[4] Allegations of abuse range from concern over stall size, access to water, exercise, cruel treatment, collection system and continuous breeding cycles, resulting in premature death for thousands of mares and foals. Some claim the numbers are more accurately in the millions en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premarin
