You ought to be! Bitch gave away her whole family and cultural heritage for a pair of legs and a naff looking prince!! (((Glow))) I love you. lol He was a bit of a let down, but it's more a story of her entering womanhood and her relationship with her father. I've always wondered though, could she do it with a fish if she kept her tail. Glow! That would be cross-species summat or other and..... ewwy. She did it with Mermen - or she would have done if she'd not joined her family's oppressors. Within a century that lot she joined would have industrialised been pouring sludge and waste into the harbour and killing off her nevvy's and nieces. Ariel shits me witless. If I had to go for a Disney Princess it would be Mulan hands down. Toy Story was way cool too. No love story. No Happy Ever After endings. You can tell Joel Coen wrote the script. It's too clever by half for any Disney hack to have been responsible for. ETA: Wall-E was kind of visually spectacular too. Esp the opening sequence. When they pan up and show you that what look like skyscrapers are in reality boxed up piles of waste - I cried in the cinema. Grabbed Isis's arm and said "Look what they did to it!" and burst into tears. lol

WALL-E was pretty good, particularly the bits on Earth. Also, The Secret of NIMH. For the time, it was a pretty creepy and violent movie, for a maimstream animated film.

Does anyone remember the Lord Of The Rings animated movie? www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJZPJrbGgEcThis was groundbreaking animation in its day. I always thought it a shame it ended on the battle on the Pellanor fields.

I always thought it a shame it ended on the battle on the Pellanor fields. Looks fascinating it reminded me of another cartoon where they seemed to cleverly superimpose the humans from behind the graphics It was a Shakespear play MacDonalds or something like that. I will look at that if I decide to shut up posting on the internet and concentrate on the arts. Cheers Puthy ;D

Yay!! Oh Isis will be impressed. She loves every one of them My little anime baby - She's doing lots of experimentation with making her own now. We even got her a tablet She's quite determined that she shall live in Japan at some stage. And she's the star of the Japanese language class at school. She eats every meal with Japanese chopsticks, including ravioli and baked dinners! ...hey she's cute, but she's far from playin' with a full deck.
