We lost about a third of our regular users over that pikey fiasco. Two thirds? I hardly think the Bear and the the Duck constitute two thirds. My dissaperance is explained by a four day headache, when I wasn't working I was sitting in the dark holding my head and moaning. When that cleared up I got the PS3 to work. I've been trying to clear the Unchartered trilogy on hard level. Sounds like a cluster or migraine. Have you tried sub-entry level doses of psilocybe? Works wonders for mine. www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_medical1.shtml

Its always sinuses unless you have something serious like another period.
Applying a lot of pressure to the bit above the temple holding downwards in short release and apply mode (Someone needs to do this for you) But you can poke your fingers into the top of the eye sockets, situated above either side of the nose, in a pointy up manner as they get sore if its sinuses. Massage cheeks in front of the snot glands either side of lower nasal area and a shoulder rub can also help as their are pressure points for sinuses their too including the knees and take aspirin.

When I get migraines I usually take a pill (I have 800 mg ibuprofen.....) and then take a cold washrag and put it over my eyes or ice on the back of my neck. Make sure that the ice is in a ziplock bag or something so you don't get a burn. You can also put the ice on the top of your head. I try to keep a washrag in the freezer just for migraines. Just take a folded washrag, get it wet, and the leave it in the freezer.
